invest in Nomos

A focused pre-seed for a broader company thesis.

Nomos Industries is preparing a $1.5M pre-seed round to concentrate the next stage of company-building around Munus, Acesa Health, and Tekton Mechanics.

The broader portfolio remains part of Nomos. The operating plan is focused.

current focus

The products are built. The next push is hardening, beta, and getting them into people’s hands.

Nomos has been fully founder-funded to this point. Munus has 25 teenagers ready to test, Tekton has 15 mobile mechanics ready to test, and Acesa’s waitlist is open. The remaining work is the final 10–20%: experienced engineering review, security and infrastructure hardening, beta validation, and launch readiness. The right capital and technical support do not create these products from scratch. They help the work move faster, stronger, and into the hands of the people already asking for it.

the thesis

The next useful layer of AI will not always look like AI.

General assistants have shown people what the technology can do. Focused products have a different job: understand a particular problem, preserve the right context, fit naturally into a real workflow, and earn trust over time.

The people Nomos is built for are not necessarily looking for AI. They are looking for life to be easier.

what the round unlocks

Turn founder-built systems into durable products and real market proof.

  • Experienced technical leadership and focused engineering capacity.
  • Security, privacy, infrastructure, and beta hardening.
  • Focused product validation across the three priority products.
  • Enough runway to learn where the strongest commercial pull actually is.
broader portfolio

Focus without throwing away optionality.

The portfolio is evidence of the thesis, not the operating plan for the next twelve months.

the founder

Built close to the problems.

Nomos began from years spent inside the systems these products are designed around: family health, caregiving, school, household coordination, skilled trades, and the administrative burden of ordinary life.

The company is now turning that lived knowledge into focused products, using AI as leverage without making AI the product.
